Auth/User Approving Officer View
Create a file called user_approving_officer.blade.php in resources>views>auth folder.
We also extend this view to layouts view. @if ($errors->any()) check if there is an error such as validation. If there is the errors, it loop through it and display @foreach ($errors->all() as $error). The form is a PUT method @method('PUT') and pass @csrf cross-site request forgery token.
It loop through user variable and create a dropdown list @foreach ($users as $user) <option value="{{ $user->id }}">{{ $user->name }}.
Line 60, we have another form (Delete Form) and it is a route to leave_user_approving_officer.delete.
